We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Platforms, Google, and Microsoft advertising platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, optimizing ad performance, and driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
• Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns profitably
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad dashboards
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising
• Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
• Strong understanding of lead generation and funnel optimization
• Experience with conversion tracking (Pixel, Tag Manager, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in your industry (mention your niche if needed)
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
